Last updated 13 October 2026. This policy describes how Microcelium, based in the Czech Republic, handles personal data on microcelium.cz.

1. Introduction

The site is a static experiment page for the Czech market. It does not run a contact-center product and it does not store customer tickets.

2. Data We Collect and Why

Contact information. If you email hello@microcelium.cz or privacy@microcelium.cz, we use your name and address to answer you.
Usage data. This page does not set its own cookies and does not embed an analytics script. Cloudflare, which would deliver the files once the domain is connected, processes connection data such as IP address to serve and protect the site.
Customer communication. Do not send other people’s support tickets or message contents. This experiment does not process them.

3. AI and Automated Processing

The product described on the homepage would use AI to read intent and sentiment. That processing is not running on this website. The demo form does not score or store what you type. It opens your own mail application.

You can ask for a human reply to any email you send. Nothing on this page makes an automated decision about you.

4. Data Residency

Mail you choose to send is delivered to the inbox configured for @microcelium.cz. The page itself stores nothing. A future product version of this experiment is aimed at keeping customer content in the Czech Republic, under the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. you can ask to access, correct, or erase the email you sent, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
