2. Use of Service and AI

You may read this site and send a demo note to hello@microcelium.cz. The page describes an AI layer for contact centers. That product is not provided from this website. You acknowledge that any future AI features can be wrong, and that the site is provided as available, without warranties of any kind.

3. Intellectual Property

The Microcelium name and this market-specific page are used as an experiment with permission from the owner of the original contact-center page. You keep ownership of anything you email us. You allow that message to be read in order to answer you.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent Czech law allows, liability arising from these terms is limited to direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence. This site takes no payment.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Courts in the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
